How this works

Last updated: 17 October 2026

WRC Letter Ireland helps you draft a WRC complaint letter or statement of case from your own facts. This page explains, in plain words, what happens, who does what, and what we do not do.

1. What happens, step by step

  1. Tell us what happened: who you are, your employer, the date, the complaint grounds and, for a statement of case, your timeline, documents and losses.
  2. We show you a free, watermarked preview. Nothing is charged until you decide you want the document.
  3. If you do, you pay once (€9.99 for the complaint letter, €14.99 for the statement of case). Your clean document appears on screen straight away, you can save it as a PDF, and a copy is emailed to you once.
  4. You check every date and fact, and submit it to the Workplace Relations Commission yourself. We never submit anything for you.

2. What the tool does, and what the AI does

The tool: Time limits and the arithmetic (for example weeks of loss) are calculated by the tool's own rules from the dates and figures you enter. The legal passages in a statement of case are limited to a short fixed set, and any AI-written sentence that names a section, Act or case is thrown away, because invented citations carry little weight.

The AI: The AI model only retells the facts you typed, in a short summary and one account per complaint. It is told not to add dates, amounts, names or events that you did not state. Everything the AI writes is checked automatically before you see it (see our Acceptable Use Policy), and it is always a draft for you to check.

3. What we do not do

We do not decide whether your complaint will succeed, we do not represent you before the WRC, and we are not solicitors or a trade union. For a hearing, take advice from a solicitor or your union.

4. Your information

5. Price, refunds and help

Price: €9.99 for the letter, €14.99 for the statement of case, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. If it is not what you needed, email hello@wrcletter.ie within 48 hours for a full refund. See the Refund Policy. We reply to every message, normally within one business day.

6. Who we are

WRC Letter Ireland is an independent service based in Cork, Ireland. We are not part of, or endorsed by, the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) or any government body. We do not have customer reviews to show you yet and we will not invent any.
