Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
WRC Letter Ireland is an AI-assisted tool that helps employees in Ireland draft a complaint cover letter or a written statement of case for the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), using the facts they type in. This policy says what the tool must not be used for, and how we enforce it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. What you must not use the service for
- False or misleading complaints. Inventing facts, dates, amounts or events, or making claims about an employer, a manager or a colleague that you know are untrue.
- Forged or fabricated evidence. Listing documents that do not exist, or altering dates, signatures or figures.
- Abusive documents. Threats, harassment, intimidation, discrimination or defamatory or abusive language aimed at an employer, a colleague or anyone else, in what you type or in the document.
- Bad-faith or vexatious use. Complaints made only to harass or to obtain payment, or complaints you have no genuine basis for.
- Impersonation. Writing as another person without their consent, or preparing documents for other people as a service.
- Unrelated use. Anything that is not a genuine Irish employment complaint to the WRC, including personal data about third parties that you have no right to use.
- Abusing the service. Automated bulk use, probing the site for weaknesses, or trying to get round the checks described below.
2. Sexually explicit and NSFW content
Sexually explicit content and other not-safe-for-work (NSFW) content is not allowed anywhere: not in any field you fill in (names, addresses, job title, dates, reasons, chronology, evidence list, loss figures, additional details) and not in a generated document. Sensitive facts that are part of a genuine complaint, such as the nature of workplace harassment, can be described plainly and factually without explicit detail.
3. How this is enforced
- Before anything is generated or paid for, everything you type is checked automatically for explicit sexual content and for threats or abusive language. If a check fails, we refuse to create the document and explain why. You are not charged.
- After generation, the document text is checked again before it is shown to you or delivered. If it fails, no document is delivered and any payment is refunded in full.
- The tool controls the legal content. Time limits, dates and loss arithmetic are calculated by the site's own rules, and the AI is told to retell only the facts you typed. Any AI passage that names a section, Act or case is discarded. The AI provider's own safety systems also apply.
- People review complaints. If you think something has slipped through, or you want to report misuse, email hello@wrcletter.ie. We read every message and reply promptly.
- We do not keep your documents. A generated document is shown to you and emailed once, and then it is gone from our systems, so there is nothing for anyone else to see or reuse.
4. What we may do
If we reasonably believe this policy is being broken, we may refuse to generate a document, cancel a purchase and refund it, or block access to the service. Using the service in breach of this policy is at your own risk and responsibility.
5. Not legal advice
WRC Letter Ireland is a drafting tool and not a law firm, and it does not represent anyone before the WRC. For a complex case or a hearing, take advice from a solicitor or a trade union. See our Terms of Service.
